Dreamkatz Exotics continues to be one of the top Savannah Cat Breeders in the USA based out of South Carolina. We are a small in-home cattery an hour just outside of Charleston. We specialize in producing unique  F1 savannahs with a wild majestic look of their serval father.  We are known for our high-quality and well-cared for cats. Our kittens are raised in the home and underfoot with everyday socialization and daily interactions with our family. 

For more than a decade, we've been dedicated to raising beautiful, healthy, well-socialized Savannah cats and helping them find the right forever homes.  

We get a lot of requests from people asking if they can “come see the cats". I can appreciate why everybody wants to see them! I am an in home cattery, and it is not feasible to be open to everyone. I do not accept visitors for the following reasons:  I have a cattery designated strictly for breeding, not exhibiting and showing the kittens/cats. This is our home, not a zoo. Not a public store. Our cats and kittens are in various stages, newborns, pregnant, delivering or breeding. Having additional people coming into our home poses health risks to our kittens and is stressful to our Queens. Parasites or viruses may be unintentionally brought into the home via shoes, clothing etc. There have been several instances over the years of breeders being held up, beaten, puppies/kittens stolen or kennels/catteries broken into and animals released or stolen. This is first and foremost my home, my animals are my family, and our safety comes first. You may only reserve your kitten after phone calls, videos and deposit, I can arrange delivery, via pet nanny or meeting in a convenient, safe location.

Our cats have been hand-picked from some of the most experienced breeders and bloodlines. Our cattery is Felv (feline Leukemia virus) negative, PKD (Erythrocyte Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency) N/N and PRA (progressive retinal atrophy) N/N cattery assuring the priority of producing healthy quality kittens. Proof of testing is provided to you upon request.  We prioritize the health and well-being of our cats and are committed to providing loving homes for them.  Our breeding process is carefully designed to ensure the health and well-being of our cats. We conduct extensive health screenings and genetic testing to ensure that our kittens are free of any hereditary diseases or conditions. We also provide our cats and kittens with the best possible care, including proper nutrition, exercise, and socialization.

Over the years, we've learned that raising Savannahs is about understanding the breed, getting to know each individual kitten, and giving them the foundation they need to thrive in their new homes.
